The service we offer is a complete package starting from the sign-up of trainees to the final completion incentive payment. Our support is ongoing whether you have just one or fifty staff members in training. Here is our commitment to you: To identify staff eligible for a traineeship To organize the staff, employer representative, parents where the trainee is under 18, Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AAC) and RTO representative to attend the sign-up To thoroughly explain to trainees (and parents where applicable) how the traineeship works and the benefits to them To visit our employers every 12 weeks to manage the paperwork generated from the traineeships To be available to help employers fill out their claim forms, and return them to the relevant AAC To keep employers aware of any government changes To ensure the employer received all incentives due in a timely manner To process Health Care funded enrollments on behalf of the employer To offer advice on AWA and Certified Agreements in relation to traineeships
