Description - this unit covers the seven key steps staff should be using to maximize sales and increase average spend per customer. This course involves suggestive selling and product knowledge testing in role play scenarios’.

Coaching others

* Supervising and coaching others in the Workplace- This course has been designed to mentor and teach new and existing staff the skills required in managing and supervising others in the Workplace. To optimize staff costs and create an effective workplace takes a leader who can lead, teach and mentor others in the workplace effectively. This course teaches the necessary skills for the First Time Manager who has just been promoted or recruited into this role.

Delivered over 3 nights from 6pm till 9pm over 3 weeks. This course can be delivered in the workplace.

Merchandising with Effect

Merchandising for beginners - this course has been designed to teach staff members how to merchandise stock effectively so it creates the wow factor that supports sales and increases the effectiveness of stock. This course looks at Window displays in counters, windows, showrooms etc.
Nb/ All participants will be required to supply material to build a window display
Delivered over 3 nights of 6pm till 9pm over 3 weeks.

Merchandising for Advanced Merchandisers- This course has been designed to teach existing Merchandisers how to plan seasonal changes, use theoretical merchandising techniques to improve displays, analyze merchandising techniques and improve sales through creative displaying.

Delivered over 3 nights from 6pm till 9pm.

All participants will be required to build a display and present portfolio pictures to demonstrate competency in merchandising different display techniques.
