Our service to you!

How and when we conduct training?

- Training is conducted for 1.5hours every three to four weeks
- All training is held in the workplace and arranged around rostered shifts
- We ensure training is completed in a timely manner, providing trainees attend all scheduled session
- Diploma training has optional classroom session training Our promise to you:
- To keep training on track and keep it fun for the trainees.
- To provide trainers that are energised, industry qualified and appropriate for your store.
- To offer you an administration management service for all paperwork.
- To manage the sign up process on your behalf.
- To keep you up-to-date with any new government incentives and initiatives.
- To have a Business Development Consultant visit your store every 12 weeks to maintain a good client relationship
- Liase with Pathways teachers / Careers teachers or Employment consultants
- Ensure all incentive / bonus payments are never missed.
- To be a central point for all communication and administration, providing a less stressful, simplistic approach and methodical system to avoid confusion.
